This clinic took my insurance and was very quick to get me checked out. The doctor I had pinpointed my exact issue within 5 minutes and was very very comforting. She took me through all the steps and explained everything to me to make sure I understood. I was fully ok after a few days of the check up.

Went in to get a test for a certain group of illnesses and the staff were efficient, non-judgmental and patient, all of which I appreciated a lot. My appointment went very fast and the physician I spoke with was clear and concise about my test results and how I'd be able to view them once they're sent out. Only leaving 4 stars because I am wary of the 1 and 2 star reviews on Yelp, but I am hopeful it'll become a 5 after my next visit. Thanks Midwest Express Clinic!

This place is great! All the staff was so polite and kind, and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see someone. The nurse and doctor were both attentive and I felt as if they understood what my concerns were. I got my x-ray results back within a few hours, and was able to figure out what was wrong with my ankle! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Always very welcoming, they make me feel comfortable, and I feel like they actually listen to me. Doctor Lewis is very concerned about my health, rather than just sending me off with a prescription that might not work, she really wants to get to the bottom of my health issues. I've been here a few times and every doctor I've had is very professional.

Midwest was able to get me in for a COVID test much sooner than any other clinic; and online registration was easy. Because I registered online, all I had to do was a quick check-in when I arrived. The waiting room was almost empty, so I felt really safe. The nurse who did my test was SO nice and very gentle. The test results came back quickly, within 3 days, and they gave them to me via a video call (even though they were negative!) After quickly coming down with a fever and tonsillitis the other night, I quickly searched for Covid tests available in my area. Midwest Express had lots of availability where I was able to quickly schedule and see same day. They were kind and considerate, and were thorough in both Strep and Covid tests. Would definitely return if I needed to get another test.

The staff is rude and I was the only patient and still had to wait for 45 minutes. The receptionist was extremely rude and kept saying that I didn't have an appointment, asked her coworker who forgot to put it into the system.
Nurse Chad is going online suggesting how to inflict harm on people he doesn't like. The clinic should fire him knowing he does not have a spirit to heal the sick.
They charged my insurance $180 for a covid test. i would have never agreed to take the swab for that amount. They take advantage of patients. Always ask for price first.
