Two hour wait for nothing. I went to this clinic because the over the counter meds I'm taking are not working. The non doctor told me to just keep taking what I was taking and sent me on my way. Waste of time and money. This should not even be possible. The staff was nice but nice only goes so far. I will not be back.

This place is a total scam. Do NOT go here. I went in for a Covid test and it took an hour even though I had an appointment - every other clinic I've been to for testing has been way more efficient. I provided insurance and was told I had a $50 co-pay, which seemed very high for a covid test (and with my old insurance I never had co-pays for covid tests). BEWARE they will ruin your credit score. I had a balance of $19 and they never told me so instead of reaching out to me (they had my phone number and email) they went directly to collections. Go figure that one... EDIT: looks like this is common practice for them as there are more people with the exact same experience (see review from 12/29/2020)... Facility charges $366 for rapid Covid testing. They will not tell you when you're there, they instead send the bill after.

Someone needs to look into this place. My wife made an appointment for a 3 day migraine, after they administer the injection they come back in and "we read the wrong dosage, I was moving to fast... so we need to do it again". An hour later the Doctor calls and ---wait for it--- "we injected her with the wrong medication... " TWICE -- something that will not help or treat the migraine; they said a steroid - WAS IT? Even if you have an appointment you will wait at least an hour in the waiting room. The website says no walk-ins but they accept them and see them before people with appointments. If you don't mind having your time wasted it's a good urgent care center.

I made Covid test appointment online and it says it takes blue cross blue shield insurance. So I waited for my turn for an hour and ppl who came after me were called before me. I was pissed and I asked the front desk girl and she told me to wait to be called. After 10mins, they called me n told me that they don't accept my insurance. I was so disappointed for their services. At least they could have told me ahead when I first sign in. I will never come back!!!! Worse service ever!!
