they billed me incorrectly for lab work they wasn't able to perform , now quest diagnostics send me a bill and send it to collection agency , its insane . I called multiple times they wasn't able to help me . Shady practice with the most unprofessional people !

I scheduled a time to come in, checked in, waited 45 minutes to be called, and then I sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes to be seen before giving up and leaving. This place is a f*cking joke.

They give an option to "make an appointment online"- don't waste your time doing it. No matter what it's first come first serve so you'll have to wait for any walk ins ahead of you even if you make the appointment. Very mismanaged clinic.

Very slow wait times here even though I had an appointment. I have waited around 20 minutes each time, and when I'm brought back it's another 30 minutes for the doctor. I wouldn't consider this "urgent" I had to schedule an appointment for a follow up which is very strange. I don't get why they couldn't call. Would not recommend if you want to be in and out quickly. Very disrespectful of my time and money, to only recommend I see a dermatologist. A phone call takes 30 seconds also. Nurse practitioner was quite sassy, made ... read more

I went there because I have a severe cough with phlegm, myscous from my nose, fatigue, and body aches. I was given prescriptions. I told them what and where I work, and I need a note because they are not going to allow me to work like this. I was told NO because I did not have a fever Went to work the next day, and I was told to go back home. The receptionist was not the most friendliest nor was the practioner I had seen. Cannot get in contact with them after visiting, I have received no help. I've been asking for a doctors note for days and received nothing??? They won't even answer a question about my prescription on the phone and are completely helpless. DO NOT COME

WORST CLINIC EVER! It does not belong in West Loop. They charge you for tests they don't conduct. Make sure you ask for a receipt - because you'll spend weeks disputing new charges with your credit card company. Staff is grossly negligent, lack basic bed side manners, training and are liars. The nurse practitioner I worked with refused to listen to me and I was misdiagnosed. The nurse assistant didn't know how to draw blood and no one has ever had issues with my big veins. This was my second visit to the clinic for an emergency and they never submitted my prescription to the pharmacy. They claim they did and will resend it but the pharmacy had no record of it. The express clinic does not just justice to its name in my opinion. The first visit I think I waited for almost 2 hours because they were short staffed.

I really wish I had better experiences here, because it is a convenient location and they usually have same-day availability. However, I have literally never been seen within a reasonable amount of time-- they charge my card and then I typically have to wait 40-60 mins past my appointment time just to be seen by staff, and once they are in the room with me they seem to only have 2 mins that they can give me before they have to leave to see another patient, so my diagnosis/ care plan are typically half-assed anyway.
