They really take the time to explain the intricacies of the buying process. This was our first time working with Mike Tavani and certainly will not be our last. He was incredibly professional and efficient. He was always willing to jump on a call to discuss any questions we had and was quick to address our questions. My wife and I were blown away by Mike Tavani and his team. Their hard work, professionalism and knowledge made our first home buying experience amazing. Mike exceeded my expectations and he was extremely helpful. If you are looking for a mortgage lender, I highly recommend using Mike and his team. He is very professional and knows what hes doing. I was a 1st time home buyer, and working out of town during my loan process. I must have called Mike over 50 times, and he always answered my calls. Any problems or uncertainties I had, Mike would fix them right away. Mike really goes the extra mile to give you peace of mind.

Mike and his team were wonderful throughout the entire home buting process. They were always available to answer questions or walk you through the confusing parts about buying a home. They had our best intrests at heart and would keep us updated on intrest rates etc. Mike would even call just to check in an see if we needed anything else. The entire process was pleasant and seamless, I would 100% work with them in the future.
