Mike and his team were wonderful throughout the entire home buting process. They were always available to answer questions or walk you through the confusing parts about buying a home. They had our best intrests at heart and would keep us updated on intrest rates etc. Mike would even call just to check in an see if we needed anything else. The entire process was pleasant and seamless, I would 100% work with them in the future.

These people do everything! You can sign from your phone it is amazing! You show up at settlement, prove who you are and your done....15 min. The easiest settlement and purchase of a house I have ever done.... Thank You Guaranteed Rate!!

Mike Tavani is amazing! We had several lackluster-to-awful experiences with other lending companies. Mike came through and put an amazing package together for us at the 11th hour!
