Customer service was fine. Exterior wash tunnel was fine. Vacuums were not fine. The card reader didn't work on half of them and the one I finally did get to work had mediocre suction at best. My vacuum at home worked better. Maintenance your machines please!

I got to the carwash today 10 minutes before it opened (6:50 on a Sunday). Assumed I would have to wait, but the sole worker came out, opened up, and put me through. Very good customer service.

Patrons galore on this beautiful day. 4 rows of cars graciously and respectfully take turns getting in a single file toward the wash. Very efficient car wash.

I would start by saying the customer service is great. I cannot remember the young guys name but every time I come to Mike's car wash in Oakley I see this young guy and he's always happy and helpful. Since I do not know his name I will just describe him he is a young black male with braids or dreadlocks and always smiling. Also I believe the manager who assured me that the rims on my car would not be damaged turned out to be right. I was of the strong belief that a Gash in my brand new BWM X7 was not there at the beginning of a wash, but was there at the end.  Mike's initial response did not include the amount of analysis to support their response that the gash was not from their wash.  I pushed and received attention from senior management who walked me thru the wash process to show that nothing but the soft cloths can possibly touch the car.  Net, the gash could not have been caused by Mike's.  My only tiny complaint is that I had to invest time to p... read more

I went to Mikes for the first time. Employees were super awesome. After inspection the passenger side was grimy. Attendant said go through again and upgraded me to Ultra? I said I don't want "Tire Shine". Went through and got one tire shined. Weird. They said "because you have a truck and it's wide... it shined your tire..." so they said go again. It was dark by now and I had to go home. When I got home I now had 2 partially shiny tires on the drivers side (not fully shiny) and 2 dull ones one the passenger side. Not sure h... read more

If you live in a place where leaves and pollen are always falling on top of your car, I would recommend getting the Ultimate Unlimited car wash - it's really a good bang for your buck (one Ultimate Car Wash will cost you $20 - getting the Ultimate Wash plan for 6 months will cost you $295 (tax included). You get a sticker that will allow you to use the automatic gate and you never have to deal with the service rep (however, they are all very nice at this location).

I like this drive-through car wash for many reasons. The location is convenient for me, I can stop by to tank at Kroger gas station, wash my car and do the Krogering, all at once. They offer booklets, i think it is buy 4 get 1 wash free. The free washes bonus increases around Black Friday, so it is a good deal. I also like how fast and efficient it goes. I have a monthly pass for unlimited washes to Mike's, so I've been to most of the different locations in town. This is definitely one of the better locations. The facility is only about a year old now and I feel like I get a much better clean with the more modern equipment. They also have ample vacuum bays for keeping you interior looking spiffy.
