If they damage your car, they will not fix. Ripped off my mudflap, and deflector from my truck. The deflector is factory from the lot. The mud flap aftermarket. They said both is after market. lol they are ran poorly. The mgr of the Amelia location is a rude little girl.

The hype is definitely not worth it. Paid for the highest wash, still bygs and dirt on vehicle. There was no signage stating vacuums are not included (they are plenty of other places when you purchase a wash), however the website says vacuums are available. Watched an employee turn on the vacuum for a customer next to us. Customer service was of zero assistance. We will not return. There was zero value for the money paid.

I like being able to wash my car as much as I want with the unlimited plan, BUT the soap streaks are horrible. They use too much soap or the system doesn't rinse good enough. I will not be keeping our unlimited plan.

so not worth it. Many reasons to list. 1. I bought the ultimate wash at Kroger for $18. I went before 9am and could have paid $17 at the carwash directly. Did not get money back. 2. I am almost positive that they did not do the ultimate car wash, did not ask me to add the ceramic which is the only reason I went to Mikes since I thought it was included in the package I bought 3. No one dried my car and there were no towels or anything besides a vaccum available at the self-service. My car looked worse when I left than... read more

I purchase booklets monthly to have my vehicles bathe. Haven't had a real problem. Anywho, I went Jan 27th and noticed after thousands of white spots. I returned and the employee stated it wasn't from them. I received a regular wash and they're still there. They state it isn't from them. They're the only place I take my vehicle. Disappointed..

If you value your vehicle, do not use Mike's Carwash! The Ultimate Service damaged my car at the rocker panels on both sides. I called to cancel my service and was told to come to the Oakley location for management to take photos and discuss other options like a different membership. I received a call 3 days after telling me to check my email because they'd sent me pics of "footage they had from my last visit", which shows my car already damaged. YES! I am only putting one stair because I have to, to post the review. The wash is $16 and doesn't get all of the dirt off plusss after paying for the wash you then pay $2 to suction the dirt out of your car and the machines literally have no suction. Car be just as dirty as it did when I pulled in, $18 later

Pretty disappointed with this car wash. I paid for the second from the most expensive wash which included tire shine, underbody, and most everything else. I came away from the wash with the trunk on my car still quite dirty and the tires not only not shiny, but still with dirt on them. I don't generally have high hopes for automatic car washes, but I would avoid this one in the future with how dirty my car still is after this wash.
