I've never been to a Mike's Carwash before. I stopped in because I was in the area and of course my car needed a bath. Super nice fellow helped me as I was new to the game here. The Ultimate Wash is on sale on Tuesdays, which was a nice bonus for my first visit. I was not however, aware that this was basically a drive through car wash. No one to vacuum my car before or after, clean the windows for me, or offer to spray some funky smelling air freshener in my car. This Mike's Carwash has great staff that get people checked in and through the wash in a timely manner. If your vehicle is not up to par for some reason they are more than happy to get you through again to make it right. I love the vacuums because they have two hoses that can be used simultaneously. This location does not have a self service wash bay but other than that it's perfect.

I used to get my Porsche Boxter cleaned here and absolutely loved it. I always got the ultimate wash and the car and tires always looked pristine. Now I also have a Tacoma and l been pretty disappointed with Mike's. I bought the Ultimate wash book and have now used all the washes on my truck alone. The tires always look great but not once have I been satisfied with the actual cleaning of the vehicle. Every single time there are streaks on the side of the vehicle. I found Mike's by accident. I was on an extended business trip to Columbus, Indiana and found a local Carwash call Crew Carwash. When I returned to Cinci, I looked for something equivalent. Oddly enough Mike's and Crew used to be the same company. I took a spin through Mike's and had a great result. Now I have an annual pass. I can swing by their locations around town and get the car looking great. I prefer the Ultimate wash. It really shines up the vehicle.

This was my first time going to a Mike's and I was not disappointed. Going through two other automatic car washes left my car gray with water marks instead of black. The customer service there was amazing! They let me go through a second time because all of the bugs weren't off my car and personally dried the areas that didn't get dry with the dryers. Keep it up Mike's!

the customer service at this is place is great. It had been long before winter since I had last gotten my car washed, so there was some dirt and bird poop caked on there. We went through the first time, we got the works, and not everything came off. We told them that and they let us go again with the same wash we paid for before for free. They were super nice about and even made sure afterwards I was happy with it. It's a little pricey, more than some other car washes, but definitely worth it.

Great car wash, and great service. The car was still dirty after not washing it for a long time, and they allowed me to take it through a second time for free I would recommend the works wash

So glad a Mike's Carwash is now in my neighborhood! The vacuum stations are the best I've experienced. Each car gets its own parking spot, with a vacuum hose on either side - no more wrangling the hose through the car to the other side, or pausing to turn the car completely around in the spot! The vacuum accepts cash or card, and it powers up both hoses. There is also a mat clip, like a clipboard, to vacuum mats outside of the car with ease. The hype is definitely not worth it. Paid for the highest wash, still bygs and dirt on vehicle. There was no signage stating vacuums are not included (they are plenty of other places when you purchase a wash), however the website says vacuums are available. Watched an employee turn on the vacuum for a customer next to us. Customer service was of zero assistance. We will not return. There was zero value for the money paid.
