On May 21,2021, The equipment at this location malfunctioned when exiting the car wash causing the vehicle behind me to hit my car. Mike's Carwash is saying I failed to exit and the incident is my fault. The conveyer release did not disengage properly for the car in front of me, so I had to brake to avoid damage to my car from their equipment. This caused the car behind me to hit my car. WARNING- if you own a vehicle that is black do NOT take it to Mike's, it will ruin your finish. After going to Mike's a few times since I purchased my car there is now brush marks in the finish of my car. Very disappointing.

I wanted to share my Mike's Carwash experience at the Cincinnati (Oakley) location. I entered the car wash, put my vehicle in neutral, and got the thumbs up that my vehicle was on the belt and everything was good. I sat back and ate an apple and proceeded through the carwash. why aren't vaccums included in the wash price??? i've never experienced this before after paying for an expensive wash. car still had bird poop on it when i left

I've visited Mike's Car Wash one time and will NEVER go again. I received two free Ultimate Car Wash coupons when I purchased my new car, so I decided to get a wash on July 11 at their Marburg/Oakley location. I drove into the car wash with no damages and woke up to a foot and a half long crack in my windshield the next morning. I live one mile from the Mike's location and acquired no damages on my way home. I spoke with my insurance agent and with my dealership, who all said that Mike's Car Wash is at fault for the incident... read more

My wife took our mint condition Mercury Grand Marquis in for a car wash, The Ultimate. The conveyor malfunctioned and send our car into the equipment. It tore of a 1 foot by 1 foot part off of the bumper. They refused to take responsabilty and said " well you can file a small claims suit and contact the BBB but we are not going to do anything for the damage". Mike's Carwash is where I usually go the get my car washed. But the past 2 times I have gone have been pretty disappointing. I got the Ultimate Carwash today and clearly the tire shine was inadequate and there were many spots on the car that were still dirty as I have shown in the picture. I figured they were just tough spots, but when I wiped my finger over them they came right off. I assumed the Ultimate wash would be better

Recently went through the car wash on 1/5/20 and waited 20 minutes in line to go through just to have the brushes not spin and come out as dirty as I went in. I went in to express my concern and was told that I could go back into line and wait through it again ( at this point the line had doubled ) or I could give my email to receive a voucher in 3-5 business days.
