Recently went through the car wash on 1/5/20 and waited 20 minutes in line to go through just to have the brushes not spin and come out as dirty as I went in. I went in to express my concern and was told that I could go back into line and wait through it again ( at this point the line had doubled ) or I could give my email to receive a voucher in 3-5 business days. I don't live in the area but visit quite often. All I wanted was a refund and was told that they do not refund money. What a joke! Never again and talking to fami... read more

Tired of having to send my car through a second time. My car has a front end that attracts bugs, so when I go through I tell them to please spend extra attention to the front end. Well this time the kid spent about an extra 3 seconds on my front end and of course I had to go through the wash again! I have to do this every time and I am tired of this place. Too many other options in the area. The only good thing about this place is the vacuums.

Recently went to this Mikes Carwash on 5/18/19 went through the carwash and it ripped off the grill of my car. Claims agent Janeese did not have the decency to call me but sent a very quick letter to say that it was not their fault due to no other cars having that happen that day and assuming/blaming that the my had previous damage or the grill was loose (which it was definitely not).
