Amazing! BMW of Boston is fabulous. I've always had great experiences with them whether it's leasing a new car, going in for service, etc. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Service Service was great. Smooth and efficient as always. The check in process is easy. I had reserved a loaner which was made available quickly after my arrival. Service was performed same day.

great service for maintenance brought in mini cooper for regular maintenance and problem with heat/air. The waiting area is very comfortable with desks to plug in electronics and work while waiting. Even had refreshments available. Service found that problem was due to a nest behind the battery and cleaned it out. people are very friendly

Great service managers and fast drop off Great service and nice to get a loaner so I can easily get my car serviced and not effect my schedule. Also helped inspect my electric brake which was not normal service.
Car Overheated on Business Trip I was on a business trip to Boston and my car broke down. I had it towed at nearly 7pm to HC BMW. They diagnosed the problem quickly, moved it to the front of the line and had me on my way the next afternoon. Could've been way worse, and Higor and the team did a great job keeping me informed.
Bad situation turned good Came in for regular oil change and technician noticed oil pan problem due to previous oil change being torqued to tight . Service advisor Nick M asked me when was the last time I got serviced and I explained it was the first and he asked where it was done and where I bought the car. He actually was familiar with the establishment where I purchased my vehicle and went above and beyond and called them to explain the situation where the company was able to pay for the service.
