Very customer service oriented I bought a new car from Herb Chambers in 2010, the ongoing excellent customer service even after I bought my car, brought me back when I wanted to get a newer car. Herb Chambers did not disappoint! The customer service was excellect and David was great to deal with
Can't Think of Enough Places to Drive to As a first time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I LOVE my new car and the process was so easy - David was always available and willing to answer any of my (often silly) questions! I felt comfortable and not pressured in anyway (as I had assumed I might be..). He went over all of the options, made sure I was clear on what I needed and what the car would provide. It was a great experience and I'm SO happy with my new Mini! THANK YOU!

Awesome out of state buying experience! Hey! Look at me...being totally obsessed with finding a turquoise stick shift mini convertible...which I found in Boston! Great experience buying a used MINI Cooper! Had a great experience buying a used MINI Cooper at Herb Chambers! Brian Epstein was our Motoring Advisor (aka sales person), Liz Flanders the manager, and Janely Canuela helped set up our visit. They were all very friendly and very helpful. Janely was great in answering questions and emailing me the original window sticker before we came in, so I could understand exactly how the car was equipped and what its sales price was originally, and in scheduling our visit. Great Leasing Experience Highly recommend the team at Herb Chambers BMW, Boston, and especially their top leasing guy, Kevin Bugbee. No nonsense, no hassle, and offers best options and deals from the very start. Not often you can work with someone as nice and knowledgeable as Kevin, and walk out with a lower payment on a newer car. Will definitely call him and HC/BMW/Boston again on my next vehicle.
