Thought it would be torture But it was not. Nick in Sales, Sam in Finance, and Edwin made it all refreshingly relaxed and respectful. We felt that we were treated as equals by patient and considerate professionals. We came from way out of town on a tip, and will come all the way in again for our next car.

Solid BMW Dealership Kevin was very helpful and responsive. He consistently went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Kevin has worked for BMW for a long time, which explains his knowledge regarding the different models.
I will return to this dealership for all my new cars.. I went to two other dealerships, one actually 10 minutes from my house and wound up driving up to MA, to try this dealership. A pleasant leasing experience with Samuel Bought a Mini Cooper for my son. Samuel was extremely professional, helped us select the car type by answering all our questions. He then sourced the car from another dealership and offered it to us at a very competitive price. Mini, Mini years. Our relationship with Herb Chambers Mini goes back to 2006. I can say without hesitation that you won't find a better dealership to deal with!
