Competent and pleasant Though the service area is in tight quarters, the staff makes the process easy to navigate. The complimentary shuttle service arrived promptly. All work was completed earlier than promised. A thoroughly professional operation.
leased a Mini Friendly staff but think there should be clarification upfront re the additional cost per month for a leased car regarding the glass/tires/repair etc... I wasn't expecting another $100+ a month
The sales associate, Nick Largos, made the experience . Overall service was fantastic from viewing various car options, discussing car features, determining which car is best for my lifestyle and learning how to use the new computer system. Finance folks were also helpful with various recommendations for coverage.
Great Follow Up Ahmed was great to deal with; he was prompt and courteous from the minute I met him. He called to ask me how the drive home was the day I picked up the car and then followed up again a week later to determine if I had any problems or wanted to visit with the Genius again. Have never had a dealership/sales person connect with me so many times after the deal was done...couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Caring service Purchasing a new car can be daunting, but Kevin worked hard to get the deal done. I'm happy to rec this dealership to others.
