Quick and easy It was good. Loaner car process was easy. Service was done on time, I had nothing to worry about. I would recommend for ease of service.

Routine service Herb BMW Boston is always so helpful. They're prompt and always keep you up to date on timing. Brett was very friendly and attentive. He continued to check in as different services were required. I bought the premium service package with the car and didn't need to pay anything additional at the time of service, best decision I ever made! Wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else.
Easy to schedule, easy to work with, accurate estimate... I used the online scheduling feature and was able to pick a time and a date that worked best for me. Prior to my arrival, I had some questions/clarifications and the service manager was very quick to get back to me. During the day, I received texts and emails through out the day with a link to an easy to use system to select or decline additional services that were required/recommended. Very easy, no pressure David was very attentive and helpful when I went in to buy my Mini. He answered all of my questions off hand and seemed to care about the quality of my time at the dealership. Herb Chambers overall did keep me waiting for long stretches of time with little to no updates on when I would be seen.
A no pressure atmosphere I found the a car online and went to see it wasn't what i thought i might be but "Dave" was patient with me showed me a bunch of.cars with different options and finally found the one i ultimately ended up purchasing
