The Ultimate Purchasing Experience Josh made buying our third BMW in three years the greatest experience. We had the whole family there and he was very patient as it took a long time to close the deal but we drive off with an X-3 which is what we wanted all along.
Easy to purchase used BMW I test drove three BMWs with one salesperson. She could not make a second appointment, but Josh Barraza made it easy to close the deal (including prepping the car on short notice, getting a second key, and getting the license plates). Completing the paperwork and getting the plates installed was also very easy and efficient.

We were able to build a relationship and he facilitated me in an awesome car buying experience. I can honestly say he was working for my own best interest and was very ethical. Who finds care sales men like this anymore? His manager Michael king was also very respectful and supportive. Not your average car dog. Ruff ruff.
Great cars, great salesman! Don Wilkenson made buying a BMW an easy process. When I first met Don I was looking at a different model. He was patient and offered to let me drive several vehicles. I wound up ordering a vehicle that is perfect for me. The dealership is fortunate to have someone like Don on the team. Now if you could get a dealership location on the west side of San Antonio you would be perfect!

AMAZING Customer Service. After an unexpected accident, my previous car was deemed a total loss and I was told I had three days to find a new car. Although I didn't seek a BMW, I saw a Lexus is250 on the lot and knew it had to be mine. Don went above and beyond to get me driving off the lot in the Lexus the same day I went to look at it. Don is awesome!
