Excellent Service From the time I entered the BMW dealership with no plans. I was welcomed by Don Wilkinson who really helped me a lot. I was very picky when choosing a car but Don was very patient and helpful getting all the cars I want to test drive and walking from the office to the parking lot. Hyundai Genesis Just recently purchased a used Hyundai Genesis from this BMW. I had a great salesman who was very helpful. I recommend seeing Don Wilkinson who was willing to work with me through every step. I would definitely purchase another vehicle and refer people to go see him.
Honda 2000 This BMW had an s2000 for sale. I received prompt attention by a younger salesman who did not know how to drive a manual transmission. But he was new and honest. I appreciate that. He also did not know much about the car, nor did he follow up with me. I should have purchased that car rather than the M3 I bought.
Move slowly and treat with enormous caution. Be very careful with these guys. They are very underhand. We bought a car there last month and at the very last minute, as we were about to drive away, they handed us our 1 key !! To buy the spare key for the car we bought is $900 !! After we complained they sent us a check for a bit less than half. The WORST BMW car buying experience EVER! San Antonio BMW supplied me with a 2021 BMW M3. The sales reps were reasonable to deal with. The vehicle was supplied and delivered via transport out of state that I arranged. The finance department and manager was a disaster to deal with based on their lack of customer service. The finance manager lied about many things. Tim the finance manager told me that I did not have a good enough credit rating for 0.9% financing and that it would have to be 1.9%. Expected more Bought used car, 16k cash. Knew what I wanted, did my research, yet still took > 4 hours due to sales person juggling clients (which is all expected I guess). My disappointment is that there was only 1 key and no offer to help with expenses for second key ($400) no owners manual and I was told to look up on line. I found on to purchase for $40. I guess if I bought at "Bob's used car lot" I would expect this but BMW...wow, buyer beware!
Do you not buy a BMW in San Antonio Hopefully you don’t ever have to get your car repaired in San Antonio the service department is terrible do not take your vehicle there they gave it back to you without wipers and floor mats they don’t care that they are luxury dealership they treat you like dirt!
Did I enter the twilight zone? Wife and I were shopping for a new car, we are comparing Land Rover, Lexus and BMW. From the moment we stepped onto the lot it felt strange. We had walked the lot and looked at ten or so different cars and suv's. Found the lot to contain what we believed to be lease returns 17 and 18 model years with as is no warranty stickers. deceptive and unethical price tactics Sent an email inquiring about a $145K BMW I found on cars.com. While the response from the dealer via email was prompt, the quote they emailed was significantly higher than the listed price on cars.com. When I asked to honor the cars.com price, they stated the cars.com price includes BMW loyalty offer (the BMW loyalty is $1000, but the price difference was $4000; go figure).
