Didn't acknowledge our existence! We visited this dealership as I am considering which vehicle I would like to purchase. We walked into the showroom where there were numerous associates, I would say 10-15. Some were busy, most were not... we proceeded to look at a few vehicles on the showroom floor for about 15 minutes still with not 1 word from anyone (not even a hello)....I understand when all employees are busy but this wasn't the case. Horrible Experience!!! STAY AWAY!!! First off, BMW of SA and pinnacle auto need to place in the car description that the vehicle (2017 white Q60 coupe) has damage. Another note, the vehicle price dropped to $19,962 then changed to $20,962 and now $21,962. They also told me the do not accept down payment or partial down payments on credit cards - something I have never heard off. I wasted my time getting a loan to purchase the car only to deal with devious dealers - stay away from this dealership.
Terrible dealership Had a 6 pm appointment to sign the papers. Sat there for another hour and a half waiting to buy the car. Vehicle was never demonstrated to me. Salesman was okay. Finance manager was a joke. I put down 36,000 on a 57k car He tried to talk me out of putting down cash and pressured hard to finance. Many other finance guy issues. I walked out and had another finance manager. Super frustrating experience. Look elsewhere.

They have had my car for almost two months due to poor workmanship on previous repair THEY made!!! I will never own another BMW and will never take mine to BMW of San Antonio!! I'd probably have given Kirk a 3 right up until he sent me a text message begging me for a "perfect ten" review and then debated with me and defended his lackluster service when I responded that not only was that not going to happen, but that begging for a great survey rating is gauche in the extreme. Good customer service but question your charges Please check how much you are being charged for certain services. I had several services completed all at the same time and there was an error in what I was charged after everything was complete. My oil changed/fluid top off jumped from ~$150 to $200+ due to the error. However after getting some attention through the BMW survey and dealerrater.com BMW of San Antonio is reimbursing me the difference. Never again...will make the drive to Austin for my next BMW. Beyond disappointed. The only reasons I gave BMW of San Antonio any stars is because of how great Albie in Finance was, and how friendly the guy who installed my license plates was. My sales advisor Adam Castillo was courteous and professional throughout the actual buying process as well (although his favorite word seemed to be "no", and I am not sure he really advocated for me on any of my requests behind the scenes). Lied to me about features, forced to keep car I purchased a new X7 from this dealership, and when I did i was clear that the entertainment system was a feature i had to have. I was assured that the screens could be added at a cost of $1200, so I agreed to purchase a lesser model than I wanted. Two days later, they tell me the screens cannot be added at all so i informed them that the car wont work for me.
