Getting the runaround Horrible experience following the sale. Purchased an extended warranty but was told could cancel at any time and receive a prorated refund. Slow to respond and Arrogant You'd expect top notch, fully dedicated customer service from a luxury brand dealership such as BMW of San Antonio. However, they leverage tacky, cliche sales games to sell a car such as the old line: "profit margins are only a few hundred dollars on a car". They switch and bait you. Do not lease a vehicle from them, as a matter of fact the whole sales team is went to swindler training. No wonder why so many sales people leave. Josh who was honest left. I leased my first 7 series from Josh (well he administered the lease), everything went well, I leased my X5 through Principle, all they did was lie. Price went up!!! I called about a vehicle and the salesman was nice. He sent me some pictures. I asked if there dealership negotiated price? They said no. I was still potentially interested. But then I saw that soon after the price actually went up $1000! Beware of pricing! Not going to buy from them.
Horrible Horrible after the sale experience... victor in the finance department is a joke! He has made numerous mistakes from paperwork errors to sitting on our deal for more than 20 days before turning it in, our 2 trades were not paid off until I started calling and asking what was going on over 20 days later, not to mention calling and asking for the accounting department and was told they don???t have phones and they don???t speak to the customer, short paying one of my trade loans so it would reduce the amount the check... read more
Horrible experience Once we signed the paperwork it went down hill from there! From wrong paperwork, to not paying off our 2 trades, to short paying the trades to benefit the dealership to where they kept my gap refund, to being told “it fell through the cracks”, to being told the accounting department doesn’t have phones and can’t talk to the customer, to the final straw asking to be transferred to the owners voicemail to only be sent to a blank voicemail that wasn’t even set up and you couldn’t leave a message. USed Cars Although I had made an appointment and verified before arriving to the dealer, they sold the specific vehicle in question the night before and never bother to inform me of the situation. It was the typical bait & switch used by many of these dealers

terrible Basically was just put into thier contact pool and a bunch of agents contacted me not referencing in any way the vehical i was looking at on cars or the question i had asked about it. I finally got a email from an agent about the car i was intrested in and after i replied to him it took him a week to get back to me. When he called me it was clear he didnt know abojt the car i had been intrested in

Poor follow up Sent in a request for info on a preowned vehicle through Cars.com . Never got a response from them. No follow up from the dealership. Their loss I just bought a vehicle from another dealership.
