Worst experience ever This is the Absolute worst dealership in San Antonio I should’ve stayed buying a Bmw in Austin. They gave me a price and didn’t honored and expect me to pay more to pay more so not waste your time.
Liars!! I was given the run-around on a vehicle after they apparently gave me the incorrect (lower) price and then told me they just happened to have sold it after realizing it just so they didn't have to honor the price, but here we are over a week later and the vehicle is still on their website, but at a higher price. I even have buyer's orders signed by the manager at the lower price.

Incompetent. Unprofessional. BMW San Antonio brags that they are the 'largest' and have the 'most traffic' of any BMW dealership in the country, but that, a lot like their customer service skills is patently false. Bottom line, it's a lie. My issue is with their service department and in how they sequence and treat their customers. In having an emergency situation with my new vehicle, I first had to wait in a line of cars for over 45 minutes while attempting to get into the service bay. Worse ever I went there to buy a used car. I paid with cash but they kept me for two hours pushing finance, insurance, and all that crap. I paid, left and came back the next day do pick up my car. It wouldnt start! I am not kidding. After two hours and with me about to leave the store and cancel the deal, they came back saying they forgot to put gas in the tank. And they were rude and unprofessional. I am certainly never going back.

Ripoff I took my BMW to the service center to get a diagnostic check for a drivetrain malfunctions alert. After 6 hours they told me I needed a new battery and new tires and that there was a recall for a child safety latch. I bought the battery and they installed it and sent me on my way. I asked the service advisor Luis Cotto if he had fixed the recall, to which he replied via text in all caps THE RECALL NO! TERRIBLE WORSE EXPERIENCE I was working with Ben Nackin. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. When I asked about the loan I was approved for , there was no follow through on my questions. He couldn’t provide the interest rate, Term, Bank Name, or the amount being financed. Also, when I went back to check the inventory the same day I went in person to see the vehicle, the car was taken off without completing our deal.
