We bought a new mini countryman this past weekend and worked with Jason Rourk. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and the way Jason and the team at Mini of Baltimore treated us. Seems like my MINI rarely needs service but when those infrequent maintenance visits do arise I'm happy to visit my service advisor , Allen Rolocut. Without fail he takes care of me and my MINI with a welcome smile. I feel like Royalty when I'm there. Last visit I picked up my car just as the dealership was closing. Despite the late hour he gave me a little lesson, including hand drawn pictures, in automotive engineering as it pertained to to my cars preventative service. Whether I have a question, a problem or regular service on my Mini, Yoni is always so responsive and helpful. He is quick to provide answers, and makes sure I understand everything about my car, its maintenance schedule and available programs, the expected amount of time necessary in service, and even once helped me sync my phone!
