"Customer For Life" I have owned many cars in my life, but never have I received the kind of service I get from Mini of Baltimore County. I purchased my Mini Clubman there and have been fortunate enough to have Allen Rolocut as my Service Advisor. He is always pleasant, and he explains everything that needs to be done and why it needs to be done. He gives me good advice and is always available when I have questions. "Thanks for great service, as always!" My Mini Countryman's service needed light came on. I called Mini of Baltimore County and was promptly and well taken-care of by Allen Rolocut, who has helped me in the past. Allen offered me almost any appointment day and time I wanted, and made sure that my service would be completed while I waited. "I am new to this dealership and the MINI. The service..." I am new to this dealership and the MINI. The service folks are very nice and friendly. The oil change was very fast and the dealership wait area fine! Comfy cozy and snacks and drinks available. This all made the visit quite enjoyable!

"Yoni Baron is the best!" Booked my service on-line with no problems. Showed up, and as usual, Yoni was right there to get me checked in. Whole evolution took 2 hours start to finish. I have been driving minis since 2004, and Yoni has been my service rep the entire time -- through 3 cars. Never want to drive another type of car, and will always use Mini of Baltimore!

"The Best Service" I am on my second Mini and part of the reason is because of the amazing service Yoni Baron and all of the Service members at Mini of Baltimore County provide. Yoni and team know me by name, talk about more than cars, understand me when I am trying to describe why I am calling and work to make service a pleasure rather than a chore. I highly recommend that you try the service center at Mini of Baltimore County!

"always professional" I leased my mini elsewhere but did not experience good service so I switched to Towson whereby I was well treated by Yoni Baron. He is terrific . I would hire him for my business if I could. !!!

"service visit" I could not be a happier MINI owner--love the car: It's simply the best to drive in any circumstance. And I very much enjoy the services of MINI of Baltimore County. Jonathan (Yoni) Baron is my guy and he's always incredibly responsive, friendly, funny and enormously helpful. Honestly, the car is great so I don't need to visit frequently, but when I do, everything happens promptly and pleasantly.
