"Allen Rolocut is, without a doubt, the best Service..." Allen Rolocut is, without a doubt, the best Service Advisor I've had in my long history of car ownership. He, and Jeff in the Service bay area the only reason I keep my "money pit" Mini going year after year.

"Good Visit" Allen has always been a friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable service advisor. My most recent visit last Saturday went very well. We discussed the issue which brought me in and he mentioned I was due for an oil change soon so I had both things done. I was in and out in no time. This service department is probably the best of any I have ever dealt with across all of the car dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Bill C.

"Best MINI Service!" Jonathan (Yoni) Baron has serviced my wife's MINI Clubman for many years. I attribute our MINI's great condition at 10 years to the service maintenance and inspections they perform at MINI of Baltimore. I wouldn't take this premium automobile to a local maintenance shop. I have always been pleased with their service and attention to detail. Yoni goes the extra mile with satisfying his customers.

"Excellent service and attitude." I bought my car out-of-state but brought for maintenance here as they're my local dealer. Because I was in a unique situation where I did not buy the car new but purchased a dealer-owned one where the free maintenance was transferred to me, I thought I might be looking at a lot of paperwork or end up having to pay for maintenance. "My second mini! 7 years of mini Ownership! Allen..." My second mini! 7 years of mini Ownership! Allen Rolocut has been my service writer several times. Pleasant, knowledgeable and keeps his promise! No one likes to take their car in for service but it is a necessity and Allen is super!
