We have paid for some things here and there but now at a year of owning the low mileage car it has more issues, Took it to be looked at, paid a chunk of money that was supposed to fix it, it didn't. "I brought in my 2010 Mini Cooper and the service manager..." I brought in my 2010 Mini Cooper and the service manager drove my car for 20 yards and tried to tell me I needed a new clutch. They then partially fixed my surging problem....which I had to fix myself later. They also padded the bill with everything else they could find. Not a professional operation. Just in it for the money.

Once I got it home and did some deep cleaning, I noticed that the vehicle had been damaged in front left area. I had to replace a broken left signal light 80 dollars and the wheel shield had damage also that required replacement 100 dollars. I called the dealer to try and get some help on cost. "Not helpful at all" Took my mini in the day after it stalled out (trying to switch into low power mode) leaving a parking lot, and a yellow transmission/engine light. They said there were no codes indicating a problem, so there was nothing they can do for me. I would have expected a mini dealership to do more than just rely on electronics to tell them what is wrong. "Overall, I was not impressed with this experience. Two..." Overall, I was not impressed with this experience. Two things in particular to be noted that felt incredibly cheap that the dealership did. First, they replaced the hubcaps on our vehicle with aftermarket hubcaps that do not match and actually stick out from the wheels quite a bit. "Don't use this service department!" Inaccurate diagnostics and identification of the problem. Unnecessary and poorly done repairs. Charges excessive and way out of line. Repairs did not fix problem. Difficult communication with staff. Very poor customer relations. Will never use this dealership again.

I brought my Mini in for an Appointment to see why the check engine display was on. I made the appointment for 4/30/2018. I received a warranty letter for the Thermostat Housing with thermostat and I told the service attendant that I thought that was the problem. He informed me that there would be an $125.00 Diagnostic Fee if that wasn't the problem. After Running there test they indeed determined that it was the Thermostat. Carlos and there Tech took care of my 2010 Cooper S that had issues where someone didn’t know what they were doing when ordering parts. Considering that the Mini has so many different engine configurations they fixed it and gave the parts back witch I got a refund for of $236. Bucks. Thanks Carlos and the Tech Team at Mini of Nashville... Randall & Daisy...

Staff seemed friendly. Dealership and waiting area was clean. Got my daughters car serviced. Service seems overpriced and they didn't have an air filter in stock. Seems like a top shelf item you should never run out of. Since We live an hour away getting serviced is a little bigger deal and when you don't get everything done you have to do it again. Would probably look for an independent shop that can service in the future.
