We had a great experience at the MINi of Nashville. The car was brought in for standard general maintenance. While we there, we asked several questions not pertaining to the oil change, and the representative answered all questions thoroughly. The service received was impeccable. A very positive experience.

I recently purchased a new Mini (my 3rd one). My 2015 2 door was in the service department for a recurring, annoying but not critical issue. They stepped in and got me into a new Mini in an uncommonly quick span of time for the right price! Love my new Clubman and will be a Mini driver for LIFE because of how the manager and others handled this situation. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Brought my 2015 4 Door mini for Service and there was a bulletin for Software update needed. Carlos kept me updated as to what was going on and kept checking on the Mini since it was taking longer then it should have. Dealing with Carlos has always been good Experience, on the phone or in person. Nothing worst then to wait around for your vehicle and not having to chase someone down to check on it. Carlos was consistently checking on it without you having to ask.

You can't get better service than MON! I was shopping for my sons first car and MON took special care of holding the vehicle for him, taking him for a test drive, and reassuring him he was in good hands. I will definitely do business with these guys again! Kudos to the staff for making this a great experience for him and for Shawn for going the extra mile to make sure my son was driving away smiling! I called after checking inventory online to make sure the car I wanted was there because I live over 3 hours away. They checked for me and then set up an appointment with Cody. He sent me a text within 30 minutes to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions. When I got there he had the car ready for us to test drive. I never felt any pressure to buy the car. This is my third mini cooper purchase (2nd in less than a year!) and each purchasing experience was great! Kamel, Garland & Michelle are THE BOMB! All are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. My daughter and I love our vehicles! Would highly recommend seeing the "A-Squad" at Mini of Nashville!

Mini of Nashville is dedicated to customer satisfaction. From my initial greeting to the final purchase, the staff at MON made me feel like family. I love the fact that there was never a feeling a pressure and several times I was told, "we just want you to be happy". The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to answer a large list of questions! The atmosphere was light and I think everyone really likes working there. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at MINI of Nashville. My sales associate was helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of individuals they employ. The detail department also did a beautiful job of removing some road tar that had accumulated on the car. Thanks for making my first MINI experience such a pleasant one!
