Check engine lite came on apt in two days, fixed. Also had oil changed. Will always use Mini of Nashville for my mini needs. Thanks Mini
I always receive the best service at Mini. I am on my fourth Mini and I Love them all. I've had 2- 2 door Mini Cooper S's and 2- 4 door versions the Clubman and the Countryman which were both S-Turbo charged. like I said I love them all!!!
I took my Mini in for an oil change and asked them to check out the engine since it sounded like it was rattling. They found an issue requiring me to leave the car with them overnight. Carlos quickly set me up with a loaner and I was on my way. I returned the next day and my car was ready as promised. I've driven it about 100 miles now and it runs like new. I take the car there for normal servicing and they have always done an outstanding job.
Tyler and Mike did everything we asked of them when buying our 2018 Mini convertible. They went over and beyond the call of duty. We also considered the Birmingham and Memphis dealers but Mini of Nashville won us over. We'll be back for service needs even though it's 120 miles each way!

The service staff at MINI of Nashville are always Friendly and Courteous. The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. Service is finished in a timely manner and they have yet to fail to meet our expectations.
We came in only to drive a Countryman as we have never been around any form of a Mini. A few hours later we traded in our SUV and left in a new Countryman! Great team across the board at this dealer and they make the entire experience laid back and enjoyable. NO PRESSURE! Always add the tire warranty to your purchase. We picked up a nail the next day in the run flat tires which run about $280. Warranty covered that so nothing out of pocket!
