I recently bought (private purchase) a used 2007 Mini Cooper S with only 36,000 miles. I was thrilled as the car was in beautiful condition and I always loved the MINI. I made my appointment with MINI of Nashville for an oil change and to have them go over the car with me as I was only the second owner and the previous owner was also a MINI of Nashville customer. I recently had my vehicle Serviced at MoN and I am totally satisfied with the work, the service and the professionalism of the staff. I feel the pricing very fair. I trust them completely with my 2012 Clubman. Since day one they have maintained my vehicle. I am now over 100,000 miles and my journey has been trouble free. I love this car and am looking forward to another 100,000 miles and I feel like we are in good hands for the remainder of the journey.

This is the second Mini I have purchased from Mini of Nashville. I found the car that I was interested in on their website and contacted them through chat to see if the car was available. When they stated that it was, I told them that I might come to look at it that afternoon. Within 10 minutes, someone called me from the dealership to see if I would like to come in for a test drive. Carlos has helped us a few times traveling through he and staff got us taken care of. I am plan regular maintenance now because of trust and when times come for New car will joe sales staff will be as good as Carlos and maintenance staff

Carlos and his team took great care of me and my car on our first service visit for new brakes. Unfortunately the brakes needed weren’t in stock on my first visit but he worked me back in quickly and helped with my transportation to work. He explained the issues and detailed out all costs kindly and professionally. It was overall a great experience.

I haven't really dealt with the dealership a lot, but the service department is a heaven send. Even though I didn't buy my car from their dealership, the people in the service department treat me like I have been coming to them for years. Between the helpful details and answers to all of my questions, they really do their best to help you out in figuring what needs you have for your car.
