I have had 3 Mini Coppers over the years from this dealership. Every experience has been top rate. Recently I took my car in to get the standard matainence done. They always go above and beyond. I never have any problems and my car runs good. Carlos kept me informed and I appreciate that. Thanks for such a fun and great car.

Had the mini in for routine service but it turned out to be far from routine. Needed an alignment and new tires in the worst way. I had to travel 2 hours to get to the dealership and came in on a Saturday. The new tires were not available till Monday. Debbie got me in a loaner till my mini was fixed up. She walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on everything. I'm sure Debbie will say she was only doing her job, but I would say she went above and beyond to make a potentially bad experience a very good one... read more

Shawn and Michelle were excellent! I never felt bullied or pressured into making a decision. You can tell he truly believes in the cars he’s selling and made for a very genuine experience. I felt very informed and like my best interest was really important to them.
