Everyone is nice. I had my car serviced, and they were very honest and saved me money. I always have a great experience when I'm there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I always plan to drive a MINI, and I will continue to buy from this dealership though it is almost a 1.5 to 2 hr drive from where I live. Thanks for the awesome customer service and experience!

People at mini are wonderful no complains there at all. They are nice and helpful. The wait for the services is what i was not happy with at all. First day i waited for 2 hours, just to get a diagnose ( i did call before heading there and they said no wait) I went back to get it fixed. Dropped it off at 8.30....it was going to take 3 hours at first....but changed to half a day. Atleast they had a loaner car ( not comfortable with driving there car, incase anything happens). We went to Mini of Kennesaw to get a leaking tire fixed. While there I test drove a new mini. I was very impressed on the model I drove. Finance options were even better than I have ever seen. The small car even performed very well for a four cyclinder.
