Just need to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing service team at MOK, especially Rob and Jason. They worked very diligently to resolve some very funky issues with my MINI. Around the holidays, my Mini began having issues starting, but not consistently, would run rough, but not consistently. After a few days of this I decided that it was time to seek a mechanic. Took Cricket my 2016 Countryman in for her oil change, and as usual I was greeted promptly by Jason my service rep. This is the first time I've met Jason, but he was very friendly and answered my questions. James who I normally have is also top notch. I'd also like to give kudos to my technician and also the other young man whose name i didn't catch for helping me with my hands free. Thanks MOK for all you do to keep me and my girl Cricket happy!
