Thank you MOK ❗️❗️. Special thanks to the Service Dept and especially to Jim, for taking care of "LilBit" Friday ... Was on road heading to Mini Goes Coastal in Charleston when my battery died, luckily only a few miles from MOK when this happened... Made my way to MOK, Jim took control of the problem and got me back on the road, only a few hrs behind my schedule, made my way safely to Charleston for a great weekend ��❗️❗️.
For those of you who know me, know that I never post on facebook but after my experience I had to do so. I am so grateful to James in service and the management team for taking such good care of me. In a world where we are constantly afraid of being taken advantage of. It is so refreshing to encounter people of integrity and who put the customer first. I can't say enough about my experience with Mini of Kennesaw. I am beyond grateful.

If there is a better Mini service department in the US, I'd like to know where! We were traveling cross country and hit debris on the road in Atlanta (serious debris). They talked us through getting the car down to them, gave us priority in checking for serious damage, repaired the minor stuff, and got us back on the road - all on a Saturday afternoon. We were lucky twice today - first that the incident didn't hurt us, and second that we were close to Mini of Kennesaw. Thanks!

Went in today at about 1030 am to discuss some concerns I had with my 2013 S not expecting to leave it for service. I live about 2 hrs away from any Mini dealership which makes it difficult. Jim McDonald not only never made me feel rushed but took it in and took care of all the issues, gave me a courtesy car and, to top it off, when I came to pic it up it was washed and vacuumed!
