I have to say it, and say it loudly, GO TO MINI OF KENNESAW IF YOU WANT FANTASTIC SERVICE!! I have owned a Mercedes, Ford, Chevrolet, and GMC; this is by far the best car and car buying experience I have ever encountered. My top-notch salesman Martin was absolutely amazing! He spent two days with me; about a total of 6+ hours helping me pick out the EXACT car that was right and perfect for me. My Penny-the-Mini is absolutely the most fun and best driving car ever! Jim with service is awesome...!!! Gidget was towed in for leak issues and smoke...thought she would be ready and so when she and i left the lot she was running great...but 20 miles or so her coolent side started to smoke..so Jim took care of us and sent us a tow truck and even waited for us to have a loaner to use until they found out what was wrong all this at closing time!!! My car buying experience goes down in history as the best EVER. Never have I experienced such world class customer service. Alex Cooper was my salesman and he was awesome. Paid attention to the details I wanted and made it happen. He made the process short and sweet. After the purchase he went over every SINGLE detail on my car capabilities!
