I bought a used 2011 Mustang GT from "Mini Cooper of Kennesaw. Very nice car. After driving it for 2 weeks, there were major engine problems. It turned out, the car needed a new motor. (These are issues that could not have been seen at time of sale.) Jim and his team replaced the motor and got the car back on the road in 3 weeks! My experience with MOK started off on a rocky start but I'm glad I stuck around. A few weeks, my R60 had an issue that caused it to go into limp mode. I called MINI Roadside assistance on a Sunday and had Hugo towed to 4 hours to MOK. On Monday morning, I received a call from Jim McDonald stating what was wrong, what was done to fix it and that Hugo was ready to go. Just wanted to let know that you can have a wonderful car buying experience. After leaving on dealership due to the sales manager just being plain rude, we were led to Mini of Kennesaw. We spoke with Martin about a used vehicle that they had on there lot. We drove from the southside of Atlanta and were promptly greeted by Martin. The vehicle was clean and ready to be test driven.
