Perry and Lance made me feel right at home. It was a long and hard search to find the manual Clubman S that I wanted which Perry told me from the beginning, but I didn't want to believe him. Thankfully he stuck by my side and helped me through the process and I was able to get the car I wanted. Lance is by far not the typical uncomfortable, pushy, slimly, and over aggressive finance manager. Todd Myer, Motoring Advisor provided quality customer service from the moment we arrived --- to the in-the-car training before I drove the car home. Myer is very professional, and expertly guides your MINI exploration during the sales process. Suditi made us feel comfortable right away. She answered all our questions and our experience was extremely enjoyable. We felt no pressure. We expressed all our preferences in advance in an email and she listened to every one of our requests. She had a boiled down list of possible cars she can offer. My purchase of my truck was fantastic. Ed was very helpful and very pleasant. Lance went through the whole process quickly . The truck was missing the spare tire. Lance ordered it right away. Picked it up in a week. They installed it and even gave it a bubble bath as Lance calls it. Would recommend them to anyone.

I went into mini for routine maintenance and saw a mini I loved. Suditi did everything she could to make sure I got the car I loved at a price that would work for me. She was not pushy and she made me feel very comfortable. I got a car that is fun to drive as well as a fun experience buying it!!!!

Went in for an oil change and left with a new car! I moved to the Hudson Valley this year and really love the quality service and staff at Mini of Dutchess County. Spiro is great to work with and had me in my second Mini (and car of my dreams) by the end of the day on a Friday. He is extremely knowledgeable about Minis and went over all details and tech of my new car very throroughly. I recommend this dealership (and MINIs in general) VERY highly. A+++
