There is always the worry going to dealerships that they will find all sorts of things wrong with the car and that you will come out with an enormous bill. (That has happened to me in the past). That is not the case at Mini of Dutchess County. They are honest and transparent when assessing the car. I thought I needed new brakes....no....... I was informed that there is still a lot of life in them, it was just the sensor. However, they did notice that the water pump was leaking. Fortunately this was covered under warranty. Excited to be buying our third mini, this time a convertible for my wife, Frank showed us all the options and made the buying process a breeze! I went to Dutchess Mini, window shopping for an SUV, really didn’t know what I wanted. I talked with Frank, who even though knew I wasn’t ready to buy, took the time and patience to work with me. There was no pressure. A lot of sales people wouldn’t of done that.When I’m ready, I will definitely go see Frank.
