I came in looking for a used vehicle, I left with a fantastic experience, and great service. Ed T and Lance A are the best in the business! Patiant, friendly and easy to work with. When I came in the next day to finalize the deal, everything was ready and all I had to do was sign. I highly recommend these guys!

I was extremely nervous and brought my family along to help me! Perry was patient, kind and genuine! He went over every detail of the car with me to be sure I was comfortable with it all! He really seemed to share the excitement that we were all feeling for my first car purchase!! I would highly recommend Perry to everyone!!!

I drove a long way to get to this service center. I could have gone to two much closer, however, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent; prompt, polite, transparent and honest. I was not pushed or advised to purchase unnecessary things which is what happens in so many dealerships. Having the experience of many car deals, we can speak from hands-on (past and present) experience that Mini of Dutchess County (especially the sales rep (Ed T)) were wonderful - pleasant, personal, caring, and professional from all aspects. From the moment of stopping to see the vehicle to test drive to deal we were very at ease with the process!

On 1/16/18 I drove out of Mini of Dutchess with my first ever Certified Mini Cooper. My experience was great with Todd, there was no pressure to buy, no sneaky fees, just an honest sales person assisting me in choosing the right car. When you go to a car dealer it’s nerve racking, you have to be on guard but it was nothing like that at Mini of Dutchess. Todd made me feel at home and gave me a great deal for my Mini. I had a wonderful salesman, Todd. He was patient with my car choice and did not pressure me. I felt comfortable and happy that he helped me find my car. Lance was also very helpful and understanding. Both were a pleasure to buy from. Very funny.

Overall an excellent experience. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel at home. We thought we were stopping to check Mini off of our list of possible cars but were so impressed with the quality and the way we were treated that we were sold. Perry was well versed in the extras that were available and focused on the things Mini had to offer instead of why we didn't want a different car.
