The staff at Mini of Dutchess County was kind and courteous, and they even waited for me after closing so I could come and pick up my car!!! They have a great selection and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you so much to both Spiro and Lance. It was a great experience :)

Had a blast buying a certified pre-owned mini cooper countryman s. Perry was incredibly helpful during the process and made it a non stress relaxed experience. Lance made all the signing and over all deal very light and fun. Everyone we encountered at Dutchess Mini were friendly, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional and my partner and I are proud to be apart of their Mini “club.”

Suditi was a lot of fun to work with. I haven't bought a car in years, so it was great to have someone so knowledgeable and also patient while I looked at and drove numerous cars. I gave this dealership a 5 start rating, based on the way I was treated. At other dealers I've recently visited in the Hudson Valley I was immediately judged by the color of my skin. I saw an advertisement for a car from this dealership and I reached out to Mr. Winter. Mr. Winter treated me with respect, professionalism, and a human equal with out judgment and stereotyping. When I first contacted Mini of Dutchess County, Suditi in the sales department got right back to me. She answered my questions promptly and personally made sure that I had the information I needed in order to make my decision. The e mails flew back and forth. Our sales person, Spiro, was top notch. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He was attentive and on the mark with answers to all our questions while throwing in pertinent anecdotes at appropriate times. We would recommend Sriro to anyone who is serious about buying a mini. One other great aspect was that the manager, Lance, presented all the optional add on items, but, did not hard sell. Took the first no for an answer.

Suditi was great to work with. This was an out of the ordinary experience as I came from Michigan to purchase this vehicle. Suditi knew that this was a big deal for me and did what she could to keep me comfortable during the process.
