We visited Durchess County Mini today to look at trading in my current cooper. We were very pleased with the overall attention we received from our salesman Scott and the manager Lance. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable making the purchase. We got a fair trade in value and drove off with a new 2017 countryman. Scott Homon was my sales representative. He was so very attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was genuinely interested in what I wanted and was not pushing me to make a sale. Everyone at the MIni dealership was so very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Mini to go to Mini of Dutchess County in Wappingers Falls and ask for Scott Homon. I will start off by saying that I was a very casual shopper when I entered then Prestige Mini of Dutchess service center. I had-had my heart set on getting a Fiat based on some of my friend's recommendation, but figured it worth at least checking out Mini Coopers before making an investment. I bought a used Subaru here and it was a great experience. Ed dropped me off at home after my test drive (as I was without a car) and picked me up again so that I could come back and purchase the car. Very low-pressure, friendly environment. They took the stress out of car buying.

I brought my mini for a small problem it encountered under warranty. and was greeted by mr.Mark Mozdziez,senior advisor who could not be more courteous ,polite,well spoken individual. Traits one is not used to come upon very often nowadays. I hate car shopping because in the past I have dealt with obnoxious salesman who don't care what car you want, they just want your money at any cost. My experience here was totally different and both Lance and Suditi were helpful and able to work with me on my budget. I wasn't in the market for a vehicle until my girlfriend totaled hers just recently, and the last thing I was planning to do was buy a car this year. Brought our daughter in to look at a used car we found online. Was expecting the usual high pressure sales pitch, but that didn't happen. Everyone was down to earth and honest. The whole experience was better than anticipated. I would recommend the dealership to those shopping for a new or used car!

The overall service was terrific. They went out of there way to make it a rewarding experience. Perry was great. He went out of his way and took the time to answer all our questions. Lance went out of his way to get us the best financing we could get. We would recommend this dealership to everyone.
