I just bought my first "new to me" mini cooper. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and enthusiastic. Even thought I was buying a used vehicle, I was made to feel the same as if I was buying new. My Sales Rep Perry & Finance Guru Lance were top notch. Every question was treated with importance & no information was overlooked. They shared & even added to my new car excitement. Our 2011 Countryman sustained damage to the passenger side door and fender, by a pickup truck that hit our empty car while it was parked on the street. Mini of DC is near our house, and we decided to use them for the repair (replacement of both parts). They did a beautiful job of matching the Pure Red color of the new parts with the Pure Red of our car which is almost 6 years old with 100,000+ miles. I purchased my previous vehicle from the salesperson when he was in the New Jersey location at Prestige in Ramsey. He was great then - so instead of having gone to the closer Ramsey location this time around and work with someone else, I took the drive to deal with him directly again in Wappingers Falls. It's a bit out of the way for me as it was about a 1.5 hour drive, but Spiro(the sales person) was a pleasure to deal previously and in a few years, I will be back to do it all over again!

After having a horrible experience with a different dealership, I was a bit apprehensive about stepping into another car store. Wow, was I surprised! My experience with Mini of Dutchess was top notch! From my sales professional (Suditi) to my finance guy (Lance), along with the entire staff there, I honestly could not have asked for anything more. What a great team. Even though I just bought my new mini (woo-hoo, love that too!), I look forward to dealing with them for years to come. They get my highest recommendations!

After being sent to the MINI dealership by the used-car clearinghouse where I got my 2009 Clubman, Mark and his service team quickly diagnosed a sunroof problem. On the way out, I met Spiro, an great and friendly person who offered to help if I took the 2009 back to where I got it. Within 24 hours I had Spiro on the line who helped me find a replacement: a 2016 Hardtop with 7k miles for the same monthly payment as the 2009. Spiro was nice, knowledgeable, and honest. Found the car of my dreams at MINI of Dutchess! I originally went to look at another model and was shown other options, where I found the perfect SUV for my needs.
