We were approached and helped as soon as we stepped in the door. Our motoring advisor was Ed Torregrossa. My husband narrowed his search to two cars. Ed was extremely helpful but never pushy. My husband walked out with a beautiful BMW. The finance manager was as helpful as Ed and I believe that we truly did get an excellent deal on the car. I also go to mini to have my mini serviced and have been extremely please with all the help and care that I have received on all my visits!

Friendly, professional help finding a car that met my specifications. Great follow up and customer care! The service manager was also great, clearly explaining the condition of the vehicle.

They got it down right.. Very attentive and professional from the moment I walked in the door. Answered all questions promptly and thoroughly leaving no doubts in my mind. They are located over 2 hours from my home, but I would absolutely do it again. They went over and beyond what I had ever heard a car dealership will provide.. Todd Myer is a sincerely nice guy, a pleasure to work with. Great experience.

The friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and professional staff and beautiful showroom made this experience easy and successful. We arrived near closing time and our salesman and manager stayed overtime for us.

I've never bought a car before and I was super nervous. I needed a used car and fast since mine had been totaled and my rental was up. I met with a really nice salesman who walked me through the whole process and was very honest about my options. The part I was most nervous for was getting financed but soon after I sat with the man to do paperwork, he made me feel at him and explained everything simply and straight forward. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience!

Extremely happy. They took me in at the end of the day and had me out the door without delay with everything taken care of and the car washed and cleaned to boot. Everything was explained thoroughly with options presented. Mark Mozdzlez, my/ your Service Advisor, could not have done anything else to make me happier. What a team over there!!!

I have wanted a Mini since the first time I saw one. I remember seeing my first one in London in the early 80's. It was love at first sight. The little bug eyed beauty stole my heart. This is the first new car I have bought in 17 years. Everyone was very friendly, seemed to genuinely like working there, and our sales person was not pushy. I am in sales and appreciate the process.
