We found the used car we were looking for and within 24 hours we drove our Mitsubishi Outlander home. Was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. So easy and I hate dealing with salespeople but Suditi made it so simple and an actual enjoyable experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have really disliked buying from dealerships and held a negative view of their pressure sales practices . This dealership, my sales associate and finance manager, changed my opinion. They had the car I wanted, and they worked with me on the pricing to ensure we were both getting a fair deal. The paperwork was ready and there were no pressure tactics. I was looking for the perfect car for about year for the right price. They had the car there at Mini of Dutches county. As we all know, some dealerships aren't good with their costumer service and taken take of their needs. Suditi and Lance made my buying experience awesome! Trust me I've had some Bad experience with other dealerships! I was finally happy with my experience for the first time.

Suditi is simply lovely! She could not have mad the experience of buying a car any more pleasant. She is upbeat, knowledgeable, helpful and simply delightful. I really enjoyed meeting her and felt comfortable with the whole process of buying a car from this dealership. And she didn't treat me like I was wasting her time even though I was buying a used car that wasn't even a mini. And Lance made the financial process as stress free as possible. I recommend Mini of Dutchess County highly.

I was getting frustrated w/ the lack of inventory and honesty coming from my local dealerships. I expanded my search and found both the SUV I was looking for and the salesman that worked hard, was pleasant and professional all in one. My wife and I traveled from Albany to the dealership in Wappinger Falls to trade in a Toyota for a Mazda SUV. We had negotiated the day before over the phone, arrived at an agreement on the value of the trade and the purchased vehicle.
