Purchased a pre-owned vehicle here and had an excellent experience. Car was fairly priced and came to agreement very quickly. Salesman was friendly and straightforward with no "sleaze". Came back the next day to pick up vehicle and it was clean and ready to go with excellent instruction on all the features. Also had a tight frame to finish all documentation and Lance was clear and concise in making sure I left on time.

My husband and I went to the Mini of Dutchess on Friday morning and left in my dream car - the Clubman! It was so nice to deal with Perry through the whole process. He was very patient and knowledge. He went over every aspect of the car inside and out and we never felt rushed! The whole staff was outstanding!! I would highly recommend this dealership. Happy Motoring!

Suditi was a perfect balance between personable and professional. She seemed genuinely excited to put me into the vehicle that suited my stated needs, and she presented me with numerous options. I went to Mini of Dutchess on the recommendation of my niece and I couldn't be happier. I went in with a specific amount of money for which to buy a used car. Suditi was extremely friendly, upbeat, and showed me several cars in my price range, both minis and non minis alike. She put no pressure on me to buy any of the cars, but I did go with the mini countryman in the end. Gotta thank Mini for the help getting my Cadillac CTS. My girl Suditi is the best, such a sweetheart and made everything from start to finish enjoyable and comfortable. Once I was ready to move forward the process was very quick to finalize and pick up the car. Also, shoutout my guy Lance, who was very thorough on financing and service options. And the entire facility and a showroom is very cool too!

I have never been to a car dealership that has consistently bent over backwards to accommodate every request, and staff genuinely are always trying to be helpful and nice.

Amazing Experience!! My Wife and Myself walked into the Dealership to check it out and met Perry who greated us with a big smile. We told him we were interested in taking one of the Clubmans for a Test Drive. After we drove it we fell in love with the look and the Handling of the Car. Ed was knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire process. He was not pushy to buy the car. The selection of used car was amazing. The conditions were awesome.
