This dealership holds great excitment for the consumer. The motor advisors are full of knowledge, excitement and great paitience when explaining the mini experience. They greet you with a smile and make sure all your questions are answered. This is my second Mini and dealing with Suditi. She is a valuable employee for Mini. She makes the car buying experience fun as well as rewarding. It was a pleasure working with her again and the new dealership.
Everyone was so helpful! I went to the dealership looking for a mini cooper S to lease. Ed T. and Mike S. did everything they could to make my experience a positive one! They were very knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to my next visit!
This is my first experience with mini cooper countryman. After eighteen years of BMW (323;X5:X3) experience ,mini will be my retirement fun(!) car for the Florida beaches!!! Only con : new dealer so only issue was it took a little long to get inspection/paperwork done but I believe that will change in the near future. Otherwise dealership is great five stars and I highly recommend them!! They were super friendly and very easy to work with. Todd specifically was by far the best car salesman I have ever met my entire life. Very genuine and gave zero pressure on the sale only wanted to meet my needs and customer expectations. Great service! Brought my mini in for some major service,got me fixed up and rolling in no time.Mark did a great job explaining the problems and fixes, even saved me a nice piece of change!! Car wash is a nice touch! I also a good experience with parts dept. called to check if parts were in stock and they were there waiting for me when I arrived. All around good dealership great addition to the Hudson Valley!!

I have been saving up for years to by myself a Mini and I am so glad I waited for Mini of Dutchess County to open. Suditi is awesome and she made the otherwise nerve-wracking experience of buying a new car so much fun. Her product knowledge and level of professionalism was incredible and I am so grateful that she was there to guide me through every step of the process. Suditi and the entire staff are friendly and attentive and I highly recommend them.
Suditi found the car we wanted on a ship from Getmany and ordered it for us. Got a great discount, just for asking! Suditi is kind and professional but most of all she is like family! Our whole experience was wonderful! Everybody at Dutchess gave us the "Royal" treatment! Thanks to Michael and to Joshua (for the ride from the train station)! This is the way it should be!
