Suditi Bala-Chin helped me get into a Mini Countryman All 4 that I love. She helped me get out of a lease with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and she and Mike Tornature ran through the red tape with ease. At the dealership, I feel welcome and appreciated. I am glad I am adopted into their Mini family!
We received really great help at Mini of Dutchess County. Both Ed W. and Lance went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Ed provided excellent sales service, as we decided on our model... and Lance did everything to get us a great rate. We were buying a pre-owned Mini, yet were treated as if we were buying a brand new vehicle. I would recommend these guys anytime...for a Mini or one of the previously owned cars

Who knew when I walked in to look at a used 2012 Mini Cooper that I would walk out leasing a brand new 2016 Mini that I absolutely adore?! Suditi made me very comfortable and I was never pressured. Mike was very nice and made the whole leasing experience quick and painless. :) This is my first Mini but I know it won't be my last!

Last Saturday my husband spotted a Mini Countryman while he was at Mini to get our Cooper's inspection done. He brought be back later and Suditi took us on a test drive. She did a great job of pointing out all the important features and all the other great features. We decided to buy the car and it was ready to take home on Monday!
