I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper S in for service at this brand-new dealership. I brought the car in on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. That didn't happen. The service manager explained that there had been a problem with the alignment equipment and it took longer to repair than its company representative/repairman stated. Therefore, I was never notified till very late in the day Tuesday that my vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday. We were impressed with the amount of information available on the new mini models available. Our salesman Todd was very knowledgeable. Todd went out of his way to find a mini that matched the colors and features that we were interested in. We also brought our current older mini in to the service department. Mini of Dutchess County stands out as an exceptional car dealer in my book. Normally, I hate car dealers. My experiences with them have almost universally been bad. They treat you like an idiot, attempting to scam you with tired old sales techniques. It's insulting to one's intelligence. The Mini of Dutchess people were refreshingly different.
