Both Ed Winter, My salesman was awesome. He treated me like family and was always keeping me posted on my truck. While we had a slowdown with the title from the bank, he worked hard to get me in my new truck. Mike Smith also handled my financing and was awesome! He got my documents done in less than an hour and had me on the road. They didn't try to pressure me with any upsells and were very open and honest.
I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!! Spiro was great not only with helping me but also with my kids! Both Spiro and Mike Smith went above and beyond to get me into my Truck. Thank You again !!!
Wow what a great time i had purchasing my vehicle and mini of dutches county. They were negotiable with the price and worked with me to get me down to a monthly payment i could afford the also helped me out on purchasing an extened warranty at a discounted price. Everyone at this dealership are both professional and friendly; my salesperson was Ed Winter who was extremely patient with me. I could not ask for a more pleasant car buying experience! An added plus is that our Labrador dog Jackie got on with everyone and there was even a dog biscuit to keep the animal happy!
Mike and Suditi at MINI of Dutchess County made my car buying experience great.
