I would just like to thank everyone at MINI of Dutchess County! Especially Spiro my salesperson who was so very helpful and knowledgeable to our needs and went way beyond than expected on a more personal level . He helped my parents surprise me with a new vehicle and he set it up perfectly. I was really surprised and thankful!! My salesperson Spiro was excellent! Spiro was patient, honest and very personable. I purchased a second hand pickup truck. The truck was very clean in fact it was spotless. I was able to take my time test driving and looking the vehicle over even inspecting the vehicle while it was on the dealers lift. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You can't go wrong.
When our decision was made to start a search for a new vehicle (used or new) the first thought that entered my mind was, "I so dislike dealing with car salesmen". Very happy with our sales man Ed, and manager Mike. The paper work is very time consuming but Mike breezed though it, explaining each form as each was given for a signature.
First off I have to say that our sales rep Suditi is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about all that Mini offers. She goes the extra mile without you even asking her. Before you purchase she wants to ensure you are COMPLETELY satisfied. I would highly recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a "MINI" experience. You can rest assure they will take care of you there.
The feel of this dealership is modern and very friendly. Spiro was our salesman and he was awesome! He spent many days with us going through all of our options. He never seemed impatient nor frustrated with how long it took us to decide what to do. They guys in the service department are up front and honest and we would highly recommend them as well. If you are looking for a place that doesn't give that pushy car sales feel, this is it.
At Dutchess of Mini I had the best experience buying a car. Our Sales person, Spiro, was the greatest! I was kind of a pain because I did not know I wanted. My son has been scouring the world for his first car... a Jeep Wrangler. He found one for sale on the internet at Mini of Dutchess. We went Saturday morning and were introduced to Suditi. She patiently spent over an hour with my teenager showing him everything about the car and took him on a test drive. Buying a car is hard work, from the research through the visits and test drives, it is all exciting, but daunting. I've purchased over 5 new cars in my life and by far this purchase was the best experience I've had. From the first close of the door I was hooked and what made it even more grand was that I had Suditi as a salesperson.
