Love our X3 and have had only great experiences with it, however, when I saw a warning light displayed, I freaked out because my schedule was jammed and I had only one available day to get it fixed. The receptionist was very understanding when I called at 7am, begging for an appointment. She worked me in to their schedule. I was pretty tense when I arrived because I needed to get the car fixed. I ordered a BMW X5 several months ago. A month after the delivery, my son noticed an inch long cut on the back right side of the leather drive seat. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted Annapolis BMW. They arranged repairs twice. I was not happy with the results. They eventually replace my entire drive seat. I am very happy. I thank Mr. Bezanson and Arnita for going out of their way to resolve the issue to customer's satisfaction. They say it, but few actually do it under such circumstances.
My experience with BMW Annapolis, MD, particularly with Client Advisor Dan Rykiel and General Sales Manager David J. Mier was absolutely the BEST! While busy at work my car was totaled in the parking lot. After disastrous visit's to several dealerships (both online and in person) I eventually found myself at BMW of Annapolis.
