I want to say that over several days our shopping experience at BMW of Annapolis was first rate. Very pleasant greetings from everyone we met and special thanks to our CA, Dan Rykiel, who is without a doubt one of the most pleasant, professional and knowledge folks I've had the pleasure to work with shopping for a new car. Love our X3 and have had only great experiences with it, however, when I saw a warning light displayed, I freaked out because my schedule was jammed and I had only one available day to get it fixed. The receptionist was very understanding when I called at 7am, begging for an appointment. She worked me in to their schedule. I was pretty tense when I arrived because I needed to get the car fixed. Whether it's just to get the car washed after a long trip, or bringing it in for service, customer representative, Jane King, makes certain to keep you apprised of the status and cheerfully attends to the task. Even though the message on the dashboard did not appear again, Jane made certain to check out the status and did find that it was due for repair. I ordered a BMW X5 several months ago. A month after the delivery, my son noticed an inch long cut on the back right side of the leather drive seat. Needless to say, I was very upset. I contacted Annapolis BMW. They arranged repairs twice. I was not happy with the results. They eventually replace my entire drive seat. I am very happy. I thank Mr. Bezanson and Arnita for going out of their way to resolve the issue to customer's satisfaction. They say it, but few actually do it under such circumstances.

My experience with BMW Annapolis, MD, particularly with Client Advisor Dan Rykiel and General Sales Manager David J. Mier was absolutely the BEST! From the price to the customer service, everything exceeded my expectations. Both Dan and Dave made the entire process enjoyable and more important with honesty and integrity. While busy at work my car was totaled in the parking lot. After disastrous visit's to several dealerships (both online and in person) I eventually found myself at BMW of Annapolis. Until then I had no idea what the car buying experience is supposed to be like as every dealership I previously visited was mind numbing in the sense that they appeared to not really ever be listening and allow their own agendas to dictate your car buying experience. Bing took care of from the second I walked into the showroom and has still been in touch since my purchase. He was extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made sure I got everything I wanted, and he made sure I got it that same night. If you are looking for a new BMW, look no further than Bing at BMW of Annapolis.
