Otto's installed my JCW Tuning Kit on my 2011 MCS. I called several dealers and Otto's was the most knowledgable and took the extra time to make me feel comfortable with my decision. Anthony Bluebello and Fred Rey were very professional and handled the upgrade perfectly. The price was exactly as quoted and they even gave me a loaner car to use during the service.

This is the second Mini I've purchased from Holly and my 3rd Mini from Otto's. I can't say enough about the sales, credit, and service departments. This time around, I looked at another car (not a Mini) thinking I would save a buck. NOT!! It just ain't the same! I now have a 2011 Mini Clubman, named "Cocoa" by Holly and I'm in love a 3rd time!! I bought my Mini S convertible from Otto's after learning of them through American Express car buying service. Other dealerships came up after the AmX search and I just didn't like their manners when they responded. I was looking at other manufacturers too and the response just wasn't right either. Otto's Mini was wonderful! The staff treats you like a person and not a sale. They are knowledgeable in what they are selling and do not push you into things that are not right for you. I purchased my Mini at Otto's in December after a not so nice experience elsewhere. This was not my first Mini purchase, but it certainly was my best. Holly was kind and helpful and made me feel excited instead of anxious about buying a car. She has also been great with following up with me to make sure I have been happy about the purchase. I had rear sensors added to my car and even the people who called to set up the appointment were kind and patient. After extensive research, I purchased my perfect Mini from Ottos. My whole experience exceeded my expectations. The car sells itself; but everything from the test drive to a followup phone call and email was exceptional. Great info and service for a first-time Mini owner!!

Ordered new MINI Cooper S from this dealership after a not very pleasant experience with a Maryland dealer closer to home. First visit was friendly, quoted a good price, and the rest of the deal was sealed by e-mail. Holly kept me informed of the production process. Delivery was pleasant and efficient.

Got a 2010 Clubman. Had a great experience with Michelle. She's tech savvy, which was nice because I prefer to email v. using the phone. She helped me make some good choices on options and let me test drive a few times before buying. The financing was quick and easy, as well. Overall, had a very pleasant car buying experience and I LOVE my Winnie!
