Ownerc Service was done efficiently, no problem encountered . Sales staff was another matter.
TJ was great, and everything finished on time. Sticker shock at price of replacing O2 sensor. But overall great service. Very grateful that the work was done in one day?a short Saturday at that. We live in the Central Valley so appreciate your meeting the promised deadline. TJ was great?attentive, clear, sympathetic, and accessible. Good use of text first, then phone if necessary. Glad yours is a union shop!
My 2003 Mini Cooper Service Bryan, my excellent Service Person, was Great! My car repair had lots of parts complications (the radiator had to be ordered from Germany and the first one arrived destroyed! and needed to be reordered) and several other parts needed to be repaired/replaced since my car is so old. But, Bryan was in frequent communication with me every step of the way. He is an asset to Stevens Creek Mini.
Feedback Long wait for the vehicle to be completed. No loaner car available
Recon the Engine, Ctrl Arms, New front brakes etc. Outstanding, given a loaner for the week. No inconvenience at all
Mini cooper Went early in the morning was greeted ask to wait only took 5min. an service came then the repair only took 3hours I was happy because my car was running fine and they washed my car also
Mini Cooper, Stevens Creek. San Jose CA Staff was very professional and helpful. It took more time than I was expecting even though I paid cash for the vehicle.
